04 · The character
We gave the agent a face, so you can see what it's doing.
One character engine, 18 moods. Two coats, twelve colours, glasses and hats, so everyone's Syvo can look like theirs. It greets visitors on vstd.si too, in amber with a beret.

05 · Answers as cards
Not a wall of text. Things you can act on.
Flights, products, places, prices, weather, jobs. Each kind of answer gets its own card, with sources. 22 kinds so far.
06 · One confirmation
Nothing is bought or booked before you tap.
One card shows the exact terms: what, from whom, when and how much. The yes is checked in code, so the model can't approve anything for you.

07 · Agents talk to agents
Your Syvo deals with the seller's Syvo.
Shops and services get their own agent that answers from real prices, stock and hours. Yours asks, makes an offer and brings back the answer.

08 · You stay in charge
An agent you can see into.
Trust is a design problem. Every control lives in the main flow, not buried in settings.
