06 · Verification

Claims, checked by the people who can check them.

Most profiles are self-reported. On XOXI you link a job to the company's XOXI account. They approve it, and a verified tag appears on that entry. Schools do the same for education.

07 · Hiring

Applicants arrive ranked, with a reason.

Each applicant gets an AI match score and a short written review. Teams sort by match, message people in XOXI Mail and export the shortlist. The final decision stays with a person.
