This policy explains what personal data we collect on vstd.si, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We keep it short and plain on purpose.

Victor Studios is operated by XOXI.ME (SMC-Private) Limited. You can reach us about privacy at hi@victorstudios.org.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you use the contact form or our AI agent and agree to be contacted, we keep your name, email, company and what you tell us about your project.
- Agent conversations. Messages you send to Syvo, our AI agent, are processed to answer you. Your browser keeps the conversation for the current session so you can continue it.
- Basic usage data. We use privacy-friendly analytics that count visits and pages without tracking you across other websites.
Why we use it
- To reply to you, prepare a quote and run the project if you hire us.
- To improve our website and services.
- To protect the site against spam and abuse.
We don't sell your data and we don't use it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
We use trusted providers to run the site and our tools: website hosting and security (Cloudflare), the AI model behind our agent (Anthropic), our CRM and email tools, and our booking calendar. They process data only to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become projects are deleted within 12 months. Agent conversation logs are kept for up to 90 days. Project records are kept as long as needed for the work and for legal and accounting reasons.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it at any time by emailing hi@victorstudios.org. If you're in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page.
